Our deep cleaning services are detailed, efficient, and simply breath taking. We will remove dust from ceilings, walls, fixtures down to baseboards and corners / ridges on doors and windowsills. We shine, polish, remove prints and dirt, scrub soap scum and grime out of the showers, and taking a breath of fresh air is really what we focus on. We want our clients to say “wow” when they return home, and we want our families th breathe more easily. We heavily focus on dust removal for families with allergies and issues with dust and irritants. You will love our seasonal deep cleans. Move Out Clean Out:
Our move out clean includes full service clean out. For estate sale, move out or move in clean, or if you are refurnishing and need a fresh start. Our move out cleans can be purchased now or scheduled individually. A deposit is collected at the time of reservation.
Post-Construction or Renovation Clean:
Our construction clean involves intense sawdust and dirt removal post-construction. We charge hourly for this service according to the number of cleaning technicians you prefer . Removal of dust and dirt from construction and repairs, light cleanup of construction material. We vacuum and mop to finish it off leaving your space looking new and ready to re-furnish! Please note, we require an extra charge if the contracting job has not been properly cleaned up prior to our arrival.
*Our base hourly rate is used for most deep cleaning options. Please note that an extra fee will apply for jobs that require intense grime removal.
